Meet the Staff: Lacey Rogers

Lacey Rogers is the Women's Center photography intern.

Senior Lacey Rogers has spent her final year at Ohio University as the Women’s Center’s photography intern. Lacey photographs all center events and works on special projects, such as the soon-to-debut “This is What a Feminist Looks Like” poster campaign, that aims to highlight the diversity of feminist on campus.

Lacey is double-majoring in commercial photography and women’s and gender studies with a minor in psychology, and is very involved in university activities. She is current president of Empowering Women of Ohio (EWO), SHADES and The Sound @ OU. She also serves on the UCM Board, works at the library, and plays intramural broomball, softball, volleyball and dodgeball.

When Lacey has free time, she enjoys sports, poetry, taking pictures, feminism, activism and spending time with her friends. Lacey said she enjoys working at the Women’s Center because of the people  she works with and events in which she participates and photographs, and her favorite event is Take Back the Night.

Fun fact about Lacey: She loves to cook – especially desserts!
