Just when I thought my Friday couldn’t get any better, I stumbled across this letter written by one of my most inspirational women, Beyoncé, to another outstanding role model, Michelle Obama.
I’ve always turned to Beyoncé as a source of confidence and comfort, even in the scrutiny of the public eye. This hand-written letter praising First Lady Michelle Obama just reinforces how amazing of a woman Beyoncé truly is. In a society where cattiness and jealousy plague television shows, the media, and even the workplace, this letter brings a breath of fresh air. Rather than trying to knock one another down in pursuit of a larger goal, we should be inspiring one another, as Beyoncé displays here.
As simple as this letter may be, it is truly a source of inspiration from one accomplished woman to another.
